Psychiatrist Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) meets a patient who claims to be able to see something that no one else can, something terrifying, and then she dies brutally in front of Rose. When Rose starts experiencing similar disturbing occurrences and learns that everyone else affected died soon after, she fights to escape the same fate.
